Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the provision of landscaping services by Swale Landscaping Ltd. By instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Work will commence only upon written or verbal acceptance of the quotation.

2. Payment

We do not require a deposit. Payment is due on completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and card payments.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee to cover materials already ordered.

4. Materials and Waste

Unless stated otherwise, the quotation includes the supply of materials and removal of waste. Any additional works or changes requested after the quotation has been accepted may incur extra charges.

5. Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. Specific guarantees for materials and installation will be detailed in your quotation and vary by project type.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for consequential loss or damage except where caused by our negligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
